DARPA Technology Transition Pilot Program
For DARPA SBIR/STTR companies, the FED provides customized transition assistance to address key commercialization and transition challenges in the U.S. government marketplace. Working one-on-one with SBIR/STTR Phase II awardees, the FED helps small businesses overcome barriers and make connections with potential collaborators, end-user markets, capital markets, and other assistance organizations.

Consulting Services
The Foundation provides program development and technical consulting services to stimulate science and technology (S&T) innovation being developed by early stage and growth companies.The FED consulting team includes experts in market analysis, business development, technology evaluation, development and transition, contracting, and program management. This team has hands-on experience in a wide range of technical fields, including energy systems, environmental technology, security, defense programs, shipping and transportation systems, infrastructure, telecommunications, information systems, and healthcare.
