The Creating Wealth By Sharing Wealth National Essay Contest is designed to foster creative thinking among University students and entrepreneurs about sustainable growth of 21st century companies. By engaging young minds across the nation from a variety of schools, the FED will energize a debate on how different corporate structures affect governance, performance, culture and alignment of incentives in new and existing enterprises.
